My Fabulous Story
These days, I’m the head honcho at The Legacy Room. Ringmaster of a word-obsessed crew that loves to whip up wonderful marketing.
But I wasn’t always steering the ship. I dragged myself here, through fire and ash…

It’s 2010. I’m holed up in my bedroom, scribbling epic tales of dragons and dark lords like some knock-off Tolkien.
Xbox Live was an expensive wish my family couldn’t afford, so instead of headshotting noobs online, I was head-down writing books by hand.
Looking back, you could call it the start of my copywriting career… or just a financially underfed teenager killing time with the only “console” he had: a battered notebook and a pen that barely worked.
School wasn’t much different. Forget giga-chad — I was more like Captain Dork, Defender of the Library. While the cool kids smoked behind the bike sheds, I was stacking imaginary worlds in silence, and honestly? I loved it.
Those stories are still boxed up in the attic, yellowed and dusty, but every time I flick through them, I see the spark that lit everything that came after.
So when I finally stumbled across copywriting, it didn’t feel random. It felt inevitable. Like all those years of writing wizards and warlords were just boot camp for selling with words.
And just like that — the obsession began.
I studied. I practised. I devoured books, courses, and late-night rabbit holes until my brain was marinated in persuasion, psychology, and storytelling.
And then the snowball rolled.
One client turned into two. Two turned into ten. Before long, I was working with brands all over the world — from local partnerships with Monkeyfish Group, to national heavyweights like Group First, and even multi-billion-dollar juggernauts like Unique X.
But here’s the thing: it isn’t just “copywriting.”
I’m not in this game to fill pages with pretty words. I’m here to sell. To take browsers, fence-sitters, and tyre-kickers — and turn them into buyers.
Emails, ads, web copy, funnels, optimisations, systems — if it sells online, I’ve probably written it, built it, or fixed it.
But my one true love will always be sales text marketing.
Words that pay rent. Sentences that sell. The kind of copy that makes people click before they’ve even realised why.
