If you’re wondering what happens when you combine the world of tech and marketing, you’re in for a treat.
I’m Ahmed, though most people know me as Mr. Engineer.
I know what you’re thinking:
Who calls themselves Mr. Engineer?
And what does that have to do with marketing?
Stick around.
My Unusual Story
As my name suggests, I’m the tech geek, operations brain, and growth hacker working behind the scenes at Legacy Room.
Marketing is the engine of any successful business, but an engine that isn’t well-oiled won’t get you very far.
My job?
I make sure my team’s marketing machine runs smoothly.
That means automating what needs to be automated, tracking what matters, and using AI to unlock growth that others overlook.
So, why Mr. Engineer?
Let’s rewind to 2021.
I had just graduated with my engineering degree and got my first job as a cloud engineer at Nokia.
Within a year, promotion season rolled around.
But instead of chasing bonuses and titles, I asked myself a bigger question:
Do I really want this for the rest of my life?
That spring morning, rain pouring outside, I walked into my manager’s office and resigned.
He asked what I planned to do.
I didn’t have all the answers.
But I knew one thing: I would leverage my tech skills to help businesses grow.
At first, I tried my hand as a Data Analyst.
The work was interesting, but something was missing.
I was visualizing results without shaping them.
That’s when I discovered the world of marketing.
I dove in headfirst, experimenting, practicing, and pitching.
Soon, I was working with SaaS startups, e-commerce brands, learning platforms, and info-product creators.
Funnels, email campaigns, YouTube scripts, landing pages… I did it all.
But the title “Mr. Engineer” was born during a meeting with a stressed client.
Their organic content was booming, but booked calls and revenue were slipping.
I asked simple questions: What percentage of your traffic goes to your landing page? Which channel brings in your most profitable leads? Do you know exactly where your calls come from?
They had no answers.
I leaned back and told them straight:
“Whatever marketing you’re doing right now doesn’t matter if you’re not tracking the data. I’ll need to revamp your funnel—emails, landing pages, social—and integrate automations so you can check your KPIs daily.”
The client hesitated, worried about juggling too many tools.
Noticing this, I smiled. “Why the stressed look on your face? Are you forgetting I’m an engineer after all? ”
He laughed, nodded, and said the words that stuck: “Looking forward to working with you, Mr. Engineer.”
Today, that’s who I am.
With technology and AI evolving faster than ever, I merge my engineering background with marketing to supercharge businesses.
Whether it’s building automations, designing funnels, or creating KPI trackers, I engineer growth.
So if your marketing engine is sputtering, you know who to call.
Mr. Engineer…at your service.
